Law No 26.060. Amendment. Sanctioned: April 30, 2014 Enacted in Fact: May 28, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Exempt the establishment of the Fund provided for in Article 8 of Chapter II of Title II of Law 26,060 for a term of ten (10) years from the date of entry into force of this Law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Extend to pesos one hundred and sixty million ($160,000,000) the Income Compensation Fund for the Algodonera Production (FCIPA) created by Article 7 ° of Chapter I of Title II of Law 26,060. This amount, which may be increased in the light of economic situations that justify it, will be financed through a party attended by the National Treasury included in the General Budget of the Nation.

ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE THIRTY DAYS OF THE MONTH OF APRIL OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
