Ratify the Convention concluded between the National State and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Sanctioned: May 14, 2014 Enacted: May 28, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-ratifies the Convention concluded between the National State, represented by the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers, and the AUTONOMOUS CITY OF BUENOS AIRES, represented by Mrs. Vicejefa of government, signed on January 22, 2014, which consists of SEVENTEEN (17) clauses, the authenticated copy of which forms part of the measure as Annex I, considering this special law for the purposes of Article 2839 of the Civil Code.

ARTICLE 2-For the purposes of the present, the CHIEF OF STAFF OF MINISTERS shall adopt the corresponding budgetary forecasts.

ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE FOURTEEN DAYS OF THE MONTH OF MAY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
