The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Denominase with the name "President Dr. Nestor Carlos Kirchner" to the Atucha II Nuclear Power Station located on the right bank of the Paraná River, in the town of Lima, party of Zarate, 115 kilometers from the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Aires.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
