Interjurisdictional Treaty of Creation of the Andean Patagonian Forest Research and Extension Center. Approval. Sanctioned: August 6, 2014 Enacted: August 21, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Approve the INTERJURISDICTIONAL TREATY OF CREATION OF THE CENTER OF RESEARCH AND FOREST EXTENSION ANDINO PATAGONICO (CIEFAP), dated April 7, 2010, signed between the provinces of Río Negro, Chubut, Neuquén, Santa Cruz, and of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and Islands of the South Atlantic and the then Ministry of the Interior, whose authenticated copy, as Annex I, forms part of this law.

Article 2-Facultate to the Chief of Staff of Ministers, to carry out the appropriate budgetary adjustments in order to comply with the above provisions.

ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE SIX DAYS OF AUGUST OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
