Recognition to Fray Mamerto Esquiu. Sanctioned: August 6, 2014 Enacted: August 21, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Recognize Fray Mamerto Esquiu as one of the outstanding personalities of the Bicentennial of the Fatherland.

ARTICLE 2 °-Disneed the Congress of the Nation to place a commemorative plaque in the Templete that houses the home of Fray Mamerto Esquiu, where it expresses the recognition mentioned in the article 1 °, according to the provisions of the decree Regulation 84.005/41 of Law 12.665.

ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE SIX DAYS OF AUGUST OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
