Approve Protocol on the Transfer of Persons to Special Regiments. Sanctioned: August 27, 2014 Enacted: September 17, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE PROTOCOL ON THE TRANSFER OF PERSONS SUBJECT TO SPECIAL REGIMES (COMPLEMENTARY TO THE AGREEMENT ON THE TRANSFER OF PRISONERS BETWEEN THE STATES PARTIES OF MERCOSUR AND THE REPUBLIC OF BOLIVIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF CHILE), In Asunción -REPUBLIC of PARAGUAY-on June 20, 2005, which consists of DIEZ (10) articles, whose photocopy authenticated in Spanish is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SEVENTH DAY OF AUGUST OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
