Approve the Inter-American Convention for the Enforcement of Criminal Convictions Abroad. Sanctioned: August 27, 2014 Enacted: September 17, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE INTER-AMERICAN CONVENTION FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS ABROAD, held in the city of Managua-REPUBLIC OF NICARAGUA-on June 9, 1993, consisting of NINETEEN (19) articles, whose copy authenticated, in Spanish, is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SEVENTH DAY OF AUGUST OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
