The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE TRI-NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PILCOMAYO RIVER BASIN, in Buenos Aires, on 12 June 2008, consisting of SIXTEEN (16) articles, whose photocopy authenticated form part of this law, and the AMENDING PROTOCOL TO THE "AGREEMENT OF HEADQUARTERS BETWEEN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC AND THE TRINATIONAL COMMISSION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE BASIN OF THE RIVER PILCOMAYO", signed in Buenos Aires, on 24 November 2009, and in Santa Cruz de la Sierra-PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA-on December 14, 2009, which consists of DOS (2) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-TWO DAYS OF THE MONTH OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
