Law 27.004

Name "Carlos Alberto Davit" to the bridge located in the city of Bahia Blanca, province of Buenos Aires. Sanctioned: October 29, 2014 Enacted in Fact: November 20, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Designate with the name "Carlos Alberto Davit" to the bridge located in the km. 679.41 of the national route 3, near the city of Bahia Blanca, province of Buenos Aires.

Article 2 °-Disapply the installation on the referred bridge of a plaque, which will have the following text: " Here was murdered, by the state terrorism, Carlos Alberto Davit on November 19, 1975. We reaffirm, as a tribute to his memory, our conviction of an unclaudable struggle for the democracy, freedom and dignity of the Argentine people. "

ARTICLE 3-Request the General Manager of Viality to carry out all the necessary administrative and legal proceedings in order to comply with the provisions of the preceding articles.

ARTICLE 4 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-NINE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
