EXPROPRIATION

Law 27.009

Declare of public utility and subject to expropriation, for its historical and cultural value the building of the "Trust of the Molino". Sanctioned: November 12, 2014 Enacted in Fact: December 1, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-State of public utility, and subject to expropriation, due to its historical and cultural value the building of the "Trust of the Mill", located in Av. Rivadavia 1801/07/15 corner Av. Callao 10/20/28/30/32 of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, identified according to mensura under the cadastral nomenclature: Constituency 11, Section 9, Block 74, Plot 23.

ARTICLE 2 °-Authorize the national executive branch to acquire such property at a price not exceeding that established by the Court of State of the Nation, pursuant to Title IV of Law 21,499.

Article 3-The national executive branch shall transfer without charge to the patrimony of the Congress of the Nation, the building identified in Article 1 of this Law.

Article 4 °-The Administrative Commission of the "Building of the Mill", which will officiate as its organ of representation, management and administration, will be created in the field of the Legislative Branch of the Nation. The Committee will be composed of: (a) The Presidents of the Honorable Senate of the Nation and the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the Nation; (b) The Presidents and Vice-Presidents of the Education and Culture Committees of both Chambers.

Article 5-The said building is intended for the following activities: (a) Subsoil and the ground floor must be concessioned for use as a confectionery, restaurant, bakery, pastry shop or any other use for such activities. (b) The rest of the building must be devoted to: 1. A museum dedicated to the History of "Confectionery the Mill" and the role it played in the growth and consolidation of Argentine democracy; 2. A cultural center to be called "De las Aspas", dedicated to spreading and exhibiting the work of artists young Argentines who have not been publicly exposed in any way.

ARTICLE 6-The economic resources obtained as a result of the concession, as well as those products of the operation of the museum and the cultural center will be used preferably to the management and maintenance of the building.

Article 7 °-The national executive branch shall consider in the departure of the national budget the resources necessary to comply with the provisions of this law, including in it the costs of repairing and putting into value the building.

ARTICLE 8 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
