Law 27.010

Approve the Convention between the Argentine Republic and the Swiss Confederation. Sanctioned: November 12, 2014 Enacted: November 28, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Approve the Convention between the Republic of Argentina and the Swiss Confederation to avoid double taxation on income taxes and on equity, subscribed in the city of Bern of the Swiss Confederation on 20 September. March 2014, consisting of twenty-eight (28) articles and one (1) Protocol, whose authenticated copies in Spanish and English form an integral part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWELVE DAYS OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
