Create the Federal Court of First Instance No. 3 in Clorinda, Formosa Province. Sanctioned: November 19, 2014 Enacted: December 11, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Create the Federal Court of First Instance No. 3 of Clorinda, with a seat in the city of Clorinda, province of Formosa, which will have jurisdiction in Criminal and Correctional, Civil, Commercial, Labor, Administrative Contentious, Tax, Tax and Pension executions and all other federal matters, except the electoral issue.

ARTICLE 2 °-The Federal Court that is created by this law will have territorial jurisdiction in the Departments of Pilcomayo and Pilagas.

Article 3 °-From the start of the Federal Court that is created by this law, the Federal Courts No. 1 and No. 2 located in the city of Formosa, province of Formosa, will cease to have jurisdiction over the Departments of Pilcomayo and Pilagas.

ARTICLE 4 °-The Federal Court of First Instance N ° 3 of Clorinda will operate with four (4) Secretariats: (a) Secretariat No 1 and No 2 shall have jurisdiction in criminal and criminal matters; (b) Secretariat No 3 shall have jurisdiction in matters relating to Civil, Commercial and Labor; and (c) Secretariat No 4 will have jurisdiction in Administrative Contentious, Fiscal, Tax, and Contingency.

Article 5-The causes that are pending before the Federal Courts of First Instance No. 1 and No. 2 of Formosa, as this law enters into force, will continue to be based on them until their definitive termination.

ARTICLE 6-It will be the Court of Alzada of the Federal Court that is created by this law, the Federal Chamber of Appeals of Resistance.

Article 7 °-Create one (1) Prosecutor's Office and one (1) Official Public Defender with a seat in the city of Clorinda, Formosa Province, that will act before the Federal Court that is created by this law.

ARTICLE 8-The charges of Judge of First Instance, Prosecutor of the First Instance, Public Defender, Secretaries and other administrative staff and services referred to in Annexes I, II and III which form part of the present law.

Article 9 °-The resources necessary for the fulfillment of this law, will be included in the General Budget for the Public Administration of the next financial year, with imputation to the parties of the Judicial Branch of the Nation, of the Ministry Public Prosecutor and the Public Ministry of Defense, respectively.

ARTICLE 10. -The magistrates, officials and employees who are appointed in the positions created by this law shall only take possession of the same when the financial condition referred to in Article 9 of the present is referred to.

ARTICLE 11. -The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the Council of the Magistracy of the Nation, in the exercise of the functions they are responsible for, will provide what is necessary for the installation and operation of the court that is created by this law. The Public Prosecutor's Office and the Public Ministry of Defense will provide what is necessary for the installation and operation of the prosecutor's office and defense.
