Law 27.059

Institute the National Day of the Initial Level Teaching. Sanctioned: December 03, 2014 Enacted in Fact: December 23, 2014

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Institutional on May 28 of each year as the National Day of the Teacher of Initial Level, in commemoration of the pedagogue Rosario Vera Penaloza.

ARTICLE 2 °-The celebration established by this law shall not imply the cessation of the initial level of school activities.

ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE THREE DAYS OF DECEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
