Resolution No. 166 /XXXV. Approval. Sanctioned: December 17, 2014 Enacted in Fact: January 20, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Approve the provisions of resolution 166 /XXXV entitled Ninth Replenishment of the Resources of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), adopted by the Board of Governors in its thirty-fifth (35) session, Date 23 February 2012, the authenticated copy of which forms part of this law as Annex I, in respect of which the Republic of Argentina has decided to provide the sum of up to US dollars seven million five hundred thousand (U$S 7,500,000), (3) annual, equal and consecutive annual instalments from 2013 onwards and The total payment in the year 2015; each quota for the sum of US dollars two million five hundred thousand (U$S 2,500,000).

ARTICLE 2 °-Authorize the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina, to make in the name and on behalf of the Argentine Republic the contributions and subscriptions established by this law.

Article 3-In order to deal with the emerging payments of this law, the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina shall have the corresponding contributions to be provided by the Ministry of Finance of the Ministry of Finance. Public Economy and Public Finance, prior to the inclusion of this administration in the General Budget Law of the National Administration for the relevant financial years.

ARTICLE 4 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
