Law 27.100

National Humorist's Day. Sanctioned: December 17, 2014 Enacted in Fact: January 20, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Instituyase on the 26th of November of each year as the National Humorist Day, in commemoration of the birth of the graphic humorist, Roberto "el Negro" Fontanarrosa.

Article 2-Facultally the national executive branch to adopt the necessary measures to implement specific activities related to the commemoration of the National Humorist Day and to carry out the highest dissemination, through the mechanisms of official communication.

ARTICLE 3-Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to have activities in the different areas of their jurisdiction, with the same purpose as the one established in Article 2 of this Law.

ARTICLE 4 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE SEVENTEENTH DAY OF DECEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
