Law 27.112

Declare a national historical place, at the Paso de Los Patos, in the province of San Juan. Sanctioned: December 17, 2014 Enacted in Fact: January 20, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-State historical place, in the terms of Law 12.665, to the space delimited by the geographical coordinates 32 ° 09 '70 ° 19', located within the so called Paso de Los Patos, jurisdiction of the department of Calingasta, in the The province of San Juan, for having been the step by which the main column of the Army of the Andes entered Chile, at the command of General Don José de San Martín.

Article 2 °-The National Commission of Museums and Monuments and Historic Places, dependent on the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, will use all things to comply with this law.

ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
