Approve the Supplementary Protocol to the Treaty on the Maipus of Integration and Cooperation. "Tunnel of Baja-Altura-Railway Trasandino Central". Sanctioned: February 25, 2015 Enacted: March 04, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Approve the II Supplementary Protocol to the Treaty of Maipus of Integration and Cooperation between the Republic of Argentina and the Republic of Chile Relating to the Binational Entity for the Project " Tunel de Baja Altura-Ferrocarril Trasandino Central ", subscribed in the city of Santiago-Republic of Chile-on December 23, 2014, consisting of nineteen (19) articles, whose authenticated copy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-FIVE DAYS OF FEBRUARY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
