Recognition. Sanctioned: April 29, 2015 Enacted in Fact: June 04, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Recognizes as a historical patron symbol, the "National Flag of Civil Liberty" created by General Manuel Belgrano, made blessing and delivered by him to the Cabildo of Jujuy, on May 25, 1813, as gratification for the values and sacrifices committed by the population of that jurisdiction in the struggle for Emancipation.

ARTICLE 2 °-The image, proportions and colors of the National Civil Freedom Flag shall be in accordance with the technical specifications and conditions specified in Annexes I (one) and II (2) of this Law. The shield will occupy eight tenths (8/10) of the top of the cloth; it will be embroidered or printed, only on the front.

ARTICLE 3 °-The measures, characteristics and accessories of the National Civil Freedom Flag of Ceremonies and the National Flag of Civil Liberty of Izar will conform to the provisions governing the Official Flag of the Nation.

ARTICLE 4 °-The National Flag of Civil Liberty can be used in any circumstance, provided that it is always displayed in conjunction with the Official Flag of the Nation.

Article 5 °-The Official Flag of the Nation has precedence over the National Flag of Civil Liberty, which, in turn, is a premium for those of the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Article 6 °-The Argentine Nation recognizes with gratitude the efforts of the people of the province of Jujuy, which has carried out the war with the Belgranian legacy, preserving to the present the flag that the procer entrusted to him in the historic day of the 25 of May 1813.

ARTICLE 7 °-A pattern model of the National Flag of Civil Liberty will be preserved in the General Archive of the Nation.
