Laws No 24.043, No 24,411 and No 26,564. Amendment. Sanctioned: May 27, 2015 Enacted: June 17, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Defeat Article 6 of Law 24.043 and Article 7 ° of Law 24,411.

Article 2 °-Amend Article 8 of Law 26,564, which shall be worded as follows: ' Article 8 °: The application for the benefit shall be made by the Secretariat of Human Rights, dependent on the Ministry of Justice and Humans of the Nation. '

ARTICLE 3-It is established that the application of the benefits provided for in laws 24.043, 24,411 and 26,564 does not have an expiry date.

Article 4 °-The national executive branch will proceed to include in the draft general budget of the national administration for each year the credit necessary to pay attention to the payment of the emerging benefits of the aforementioned laws.

ARTICLE 5 °-Commune to the Executive Branch.
