Ibero-American Convention. Approval. Sanctioned: July 15, 2015 Enacted: July 29, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Approve the IBERO-AMERICAN CONVENTION ON THE USE OF VIDEOCONFERENCING IN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION BETWEEN SYSTEMS OF JUSTICE, held in the city of Mar del Plata, ARGENTINE REPUBLIC, on 3 December 2010, which consists of ONCE (11) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law, and the ADDITIONAL PROTOCOL TO THE IBERO-AMERICAN CONVENTION ON THE USE OF VIDEOCONFERENCING IN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION BETWEEN COSTS-RELATED JUSTICE SYSTEMS, LANGUAGE REGIME AND REFERRAL OF APPLICATIONS, held in the city of Mar del Plata, Republic ARGENTINA, on December 3, 2010, consisting of FOUR (4) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE FIFTEENTH DAY OF JULY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
