Creation. Sanctioned: August 26, 2015 Enacted in Fact: September 21, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Create a customs office with seat in the city of Rafaela, Department Castellanos, province of Santa Fe.

ARTICLE 2-The Federal Administration of Public Revenue shall establish the class, nature and importance of the operations, regimes and destinations that may be fulfilled in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Code (Law 22,415 and its amendments).

ARTICLE 3-The expenditure that requires compliance with the provisions of this law shall be met with budgetary appropriations assigned to the General Directorate of Customs.

ARTICLE 4 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SIX DAYS OF AUGUST OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
