"Guillermo Brown" National University. Creation. Sanctioned: October 07, 2015 Enacted in Fact: October 27, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Create the National University "Guillermo Brown".

ARTICLE 2 °-The National University "Guillermo Brown" will have its headquarters in the party of Admiral Brown, province of Buenos Aires, and will be subject to the legal regime applicable to the national universities.

ARTICLE 3-The Ministry of Education shall have the designation of an organizing rector who shall have the privileges conferred by Article 49 of Law 24,521, of higher education.

Article 4 °-The national executive branch is empowered to manage and accept the government of the Province of Buenos Aires, the Municipality of Admiral Brown and public or private institutions, the disposal of movable or immovable property that constitute the initial patrimony of the National University "Guillermo Brown". The National University "Guillermo Brown" will be able to hold conventions, ad referendum of the national executive branch, for the transfer of goods, services or other necessary services in order to implement its implementation.

Article 5-The formulation and design of the careers that will be delivered at the National University "Guillermo Brown" will be implemented on the basis of the socioeconomic diagnosis that links them to social, business and labor development, as well as to the new forms of integration in the region comprising Mercosur and Latin America.

ARTICLE 6-The expenses that the implementation of this law requires will be met with the specific departure of the credit for the national universities to be determined by the Ministry of Education, until the inclusion of the National University "Guillermo Brown" in the budget law, and with other resources that enter the institution for any title.

ARTICLE 7 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
