Law No 26,690. Enlargement. Sanctioned: October 28, 2015 Enacted: November 09, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Extended by the term of one hundred and eighty (180) working days administrative, as from the publication in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic of this law, the period provided for in Article 4 ° of the Law 26,690 for the purposes of to make the application of the application to the implementing authority, requiring the economic compensation agreed by the specified rule and its regulatory decree 367/12.

ARTICLE 2-Authorize the national executive branch to make the necessary budgetary adjustments for the implementation of this law.

ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS OF THE MONTH OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
