TAXES ON LIQUID FUELS AND NATURAL GAS

Law No 23,966. Amendment. Sanctioned: November 04, 2015 Enacted in Fact: November 23, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1-Substitute Article 7 (d) of Law 23.966, Title III, text ordered in 1998 and its amendments, which shall be worded as follows:

d) When used for consumption in the following area of influence of the Republic of Argentina: provinces of Neuquén, La Pampa, Río Negro, Chubut, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and Islands of the South Atlantic, the Patagonese Party of the province of Buenos Aires and the Department of Malargüe of the province of Mendoza.

ARTICLE 2-This law shall enter into force on the first day of the month following that of its publication in the Official Gazette.

ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE FOUR DAYS OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
