San Antonio National University of Areco. Creation. Sanctioned: November 25, 2015 Enacted: December 02, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc. are sanctioned by law:

CREATION OF THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SAN ANTONIO DE ARECO

ARTICLE 1 °-Create the National University of San Antonio de Areco, which will have its headquarters in the party of San Antonio de Areco, province of Buenos Aires. This university will be subject to the legal regime applicable to the national universities.

ARTICLE 2 °-The National University of San Antonio de Areco will be governed for its constitution and organization until its definitive normalization established in Articles 48 and 49 of the Law of Higher Education, 24.521, in its regulatory decree and in consistent norms in force for national universities.

ARTICLE 3 °-The academic offer of the National University of San Antonio de Areco, according to the characteristics of the region, will guarantee the implementation of careers that will support the industrialization of rural areas and will be articulating with agro-industry. In addition, the overlap of the offer at the geographical and disciplinary level will be avoided with the universities installed in the province of Buenos Aires.

ARTICLE 4 °-The Ministry of Education will appoint an organizing rector who will have the powers conferred by Article 49 of the Law on Higher Education, 24,521, and will last in his office until the authorities are elected to establish the future status of the National University of San Antonio de Areco.

ARTICLE 5- The national executive branch is empowered to manage and accept the government of the Province of Buenos Aires, of the Municipality of San Antonio de Areco and of natural or legal persons, public or private, disposals, donations or legacies of movable and immovable property, which shall constitute the patrimony of the National University of San Antonio. ARTICLE 6 °-The National University of San Antonio de Areco, through the Ministry of Education, will be able to sign cooperation agreements with public and private agencies, of order

national and international, intended for their financing and any other activity related to their purposes.

ARTICLE 7 °-The expenses that the implementation of this law requires will be met with the specific departure of the credit for national universities to be determined by the Ministry of Education, to the inclusion of the National University of San Antonio de Areco in the budget law.

ARTICLE 8 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
