Law:
AMENDMENT OF THE LAW ON CONSUMER PROTECTION
ARTICLE 1- Incorporated as Article 10c of Law 24.240 of the Consumer Protection Act, which shall be worded as follows:
Article 10c: Prohibition of recovery. Prohibit the collection of advance notice, advance month and/or any other concept by service providers, including public service providers, in the cases of application for discharge from the consumer, whether in form personal, telephone, electronic or similar.
ARTICLE 2- Contact the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE THIRTEEN DAYS OF JULY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN.
