Authorize the entry of foreign troops into the national territory and the departure of national forces.

Law:
ARTICLE 1-Authorize the entry of foreign troops into the national territory and exit out of the national forces, as appropriate, to participate in the exercises contemplated in the Program of Combined Exercises to be carried out from 1 ° September 2016 until 31 August 2017. The combined exercises that make up this Annual Programme are detailed in the Annexes: I: 'SOLIDARITY 2016', II: 'SACI', III: 'DUEÇO', IV: 'GUARANI 2016', V: 'ATLASUR', VI: 'FRATERNO', VII: 'PASSEX', VIII:' INTEGRATION ', IX:' VIEKAREN ', X: 'INALAF', XI: 'SAREX', XII:' ACRUX', XIII: 'TANQUE', XIV: 'SALITRE', XV: 'RIO', XVI: 'ARPA', XVII: 'ARBOL', XVIII: 'SAR RIO', XIX: 'PLATA' and XX: 'COOPERATION V', which form an integral part of this law.
ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS OF THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND DLECISIS.
