Declare National Historical Monument in the Province of Salta.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.
Law:
Article 1 °-State historical monument, in the terms of Law 12.665, to the predium and building where the Hotel Termas works, located in Los Baños, department Rosario de la Frontera, province of Salta.
Article 2 °-The National Commission of Museums and Monuments and Historic Places, dependent on the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, will use all things to comply with this law.
ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE TWO DAYS OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN.
