Law:
ARTICLE 1 -Create a new Secretariat with a seat at the Federal Court of First Instance of San Ramón de la Nueva Oran, Salta Province, for questions of multiple jurisdiction in the Civil, Commercial, Administrative, Tax, Pension, Labor and Penalty.
ARTICLE 2 -Create the charges of Clerk of Court and employees detailed in Annex I, which is part of this law.
ARTICLE 3 -This law will be implemented once the budget appropriation for the attention of the expenditure that its object demands is counted, which will be attributed to the budget line of the Judicial Branch of the Nation.
ARTICLE 4 -The Council of the Magistracy of the Nation, in the exercise of its role, will provide what is necessary for the installation and operation of the body created by this law.
ARTICLE 5 -Officials and employees appointed in the Secretariat to be created shall only take possession of their respective positions when the financial condition laid down in Article 3 of this Law is given.
ARTICLE 6 -Contact the national executive branch.
