Declaration.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.

Law:

ARTICLE 1- Declare a national historical monument, in the terms of Law 12.665, to the Torre Talero, an appointment on the street Bejarano and Luis Beltrán, located in the establishment La Zagala, of the capital city of the province of Neuquén.

ARTICLE 2- The National Commission of Museums and Monuments and Historic Places, dependent on the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, will implement everything that is relevant to the fulfillment of this law.

ARTICLE 3- Contact the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE ELEVEN DAYS OF MARCH OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
