ARTICLE 1- Declare of national interest the International Fair of the Food Rosary (FIAR), which has been developing continuously since 1998 in the city of Rosario, province of Santa Fe, event of significant importance to exhibit innovative technology, processes and equipment, promote commercial exchange in the area and strengthen the agro-food profile of Rosario, its region and Argentina all.
