ARTICLE 1- Authorize the entry of foreign troops into the national territory and exit out of the national forces, as appropriate, to participate in the exercises contemplated in the Program of Combined Exercises to be carried out from 1 ° September 2015 until 31 August 2016. The combined exercises that make up this Annual Programme are detailed in the ANNEXES: I: "SACI", II: "DUENTE", III: "YAGUARETE", IV: "SAR SUB" (WITH THE NAVY OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL), V: "ATLASUR", VI: "ARAEX", VII: "FRATERNO", VIII: "PASSEX", IX: "INTEGRACIÓN", X: "VIEKAREN", XI: "AMPHIBIAN COMBINADO", XII: "SAR SUB" (with the NATIONAL ARMADA OF THE EASTERN REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY), XIII: "INALAF", XIV: "SAREX", XV: "SOCIEDAD DE LAS AMÉRICAS", XVI: "ACRUX", XVII: "TANQUE", XVIII: "SALITRE", XIX: "RIO", XX: "UJLLACHAY", XXI: "ARPA", XXII: "LAYO LÁYO", XXIII: "ARBOL", XXIV: " SAR RIO ", XXV:" SAR PLATA ", XXVI:" SAR ANDES "and XXVII:" PLATA ", which form part Member of the present law.
