PROHIBITION OF PARDONS, AMNESTIES AND COMMUTATION OF PENALTIES IN CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY
ARTICLE 1- Penalties or criminal proceedings on crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes referred to in Articles 6, 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and international human rights treaties with Constitutional hierarchy, they cannot be subject to amnesty, pardon or commutation of punishment, under the sanction of absolute and insanable nullity of the act that has it.
