Law:
ARTICLE 1- Declare of public utility and subject to expropriation, the buildings identified as Party: 32 Florencio Varela, cadastral nomenclature: Constituency 1, section l, fraction 5, plots 1, 2, 3 and 4, province of Buenos Aires, destined for the Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche (UNAJ).
ARTICLE 2- Authorize the Executive Branch to expropriate the property at a price that does not exceed what the Court of State of the Nation has ruled, in accordance with the provisions of Title IV of Law 21,499.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers, in use of the powers granted by the national budget law, shall have the relevant items for the payment of the law.
ARTICLE 3- The expenditures that demand the expropriation will be met with the resources that the general budget law of the national public administration will make to this effect.
Authorize the Executive Branch to make the necessary budgetary adjustments to comply with this law, during the financial year of its entry into force.
ARTICLE 4 °- Contact the national executive branch.
