Law:
ARTICLE 1- Create the National University Raul Scalabrini Ortiz.
ARTICLE 2- The National University Raúl Scalabrini Ortiz will have its headquarters in the city of San Isidro, province of Buenos Aires and will be able to establish subsedes in its area of influence and according to the institutional project that will be formulated according to the previewed by Article 49 of Law 24,521.
ARTICLE 3- The Ministry of Education shall appoint an organising rector, who shall exercise the powers conferred by Article 49 of Law 24,521 until the new institution is normalised.
ARTICLE 4 °- Empower the Ministry of Education to manage and accept the transfer of movable and immovable property of the government of the province of Buenos Aires, of the municipalities within the regional scope, in particular the parties of Vicente Lopez, San Isidro, Tigre and San Fernando, or other public or private institutions, assets that will be integrated into the patrimony of the National University Raul Scalabrini Ortiz.
ARTICLE 5- The expenses that the implementation of this law requires will be met with the specific departure of credits for the national universities to be determined by the Ministry of Education, until the inclusion of the National University Raul Scalabrini Ortiz in the national budget law and with the other resources that enter the institution for any title.
