Article 1Assistant Secretary of Policy for Europe, North America, Africa, Asia, Oceania, International Agencies and Special Issues, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade And CULTO, to Mr. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary D. Eduardo María de Luján AIRALDI (M.I. No. 4.362.198).

Art. 2o-The expenses required to comply with this decree shall be met from the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
