VISTO that, through Resolution No. 171 of the SECRETARIAT for Transport of the M. E. and O. and S. P. dated 19 May 1998, the resignation presented by Engineer Don Rodolfo MARTINEZ de VEDIA was accepted in the position of Vocal of the Board of the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON TRANSPORT REGULATION, and

CONSIDERING:

As necessary, in order to maintain the normal functioning of the said Ente appoint the staff member to replace the resignation.

That the present measure is determined in the use of the powers conferred by Article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION and Article 10 of the Statute of the C.N.R.T. approved by Decree No. 1388/96.

Therefore,
