VISTO Expediente No. 457-01-000.672/97, of the registration of FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY, and

CONSIDERING:

May the Chief of the FEDERAL POLICY ARGENTINA, request the appointment of the SUBINSPECTOR - PROFESSIONAL-SCALAFON SANITY- in the Speciality MEDICO, D. Diego Alcídes MARQUEZ, in a timely manner appointed as an exception, in "High in Commission" by Decree No. 692 of 24 July 1997.

That from the working history in cars it arises that the causator at the opportunity to notify himself of the above-mentioned administrative act, records that he desist from his designation.

In due course, the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior took action.

That under the powers granted by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION, the present act is appropriate.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 The appointment "High in Commission", as an exception, in the FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY, to the degree of SUBINSPECTOR - PROFESSIONAL- ESCALAFON SANIDAD, in the MEDICO Speciality to Dr. Diego Alcídes MARQUEZ (M.I. No. 17.981.937) provided by Decree No. 692 of 24 July 1997.
