VISTO File No. 457-000.581/97, of the registration of FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY, and

CONSIDERING:

That the then Chief of the FEDERAL POLICE ARGENTINA, asked for the termination of the SUBINSPECTOR -GRUPAMIENT APOYO- ESCALAFON FEMENINO- en la Especialidad MEDICOGINECOLOGO, Doña Sandra Raquel DA COSTA, duly appointed by Decree No. 464 of 22 May 1997.

At the time of notification of its designation, the appointment is not made for reasons of a working nature.

In due course, the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs took action

That by virtue of the powers granted by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION, it is up to the present act.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Reveal the appointment "High in Commission", as an exception, in the FEDERAL POLICE ARGENTINA, in the degree of SUBINSPECTOR -GRUPAMIENT APOYO- ESCALAFON FEMENINO, in the MEDICO-GINECOLOGO Specialty of Dr. Sandra Raquel DA COSTA(M.I. No. 14.321.106) provided by Decree No. 464 of 22 May 1997.
