Accept the resignation of the Assistant Secretary of Housing of the Social Development Secretariat.

VISTO the resignation presented by Architect D. Miguel Angel LICO to the position of Assistant Secretary of Housing of the SECRETARIAT for SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE, and

CONSIDERING:

That, without prejudice to accepting the waiver in question, and in order to ensure the normal functioning of the NATIONAL FISCAL LAND-PRESIDENCE COMMISSION, it is necessary to expressly state that the Architect D. Miguel Angel LICO will continue to serve as Chairman of that Commission, for which he was appointed by Decree No. 686 of 25 June 1996.

That the present is dictated in the use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Accept the resignation presented by Architect D. Miguel Angel LICO (DNI No. 12.915.270) to the post of Assistant Secretary of Housing of the SECRETARIAT for SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE.

Art. 2°-Architect D. Miguel Angel LICO (DNI No. 12,915,270) will continue to serve as Chairman of the NATIONAL FISCAL EARTH COMMITTEE - Arraigo-Programme of the PRESIDENCE OF NATION, for which it was appointed by Decree No. 686/96, with all the powers and powers provided for by Decree No. 846/91, its amendments and supplements.
