Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Federal Republic of Germany.

VISTO is proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That in due course the Government of the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF ALEMANIA granted the placet of style to Mr. Andrés Guillermo PESCI BOUREL, for his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic in that country.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter, in accordance with the powers conferred by article 9, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Transfer from 5 June 1998 of the Embassy of the Republic to the Embassy of the Republic to the Embassy of the Republic in the Federal Republic of Germany to Mr. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Mr. Andrés Guillermo PESCI BOUREL.

Art. 2°-Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF ALEMANY, Mr. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Mr. Andrés Guillermo PESCI BOUREL.

Art. 3°-Expenditures for compliance with this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
