SECRETARIAT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL REPRESIDENCE, AND

CONSIDERING:

Article 2 of Act No. 13,064 authorizes the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to delegate to other agencies or officials the powers and obligations relating to national public works.

That by Decree No. 146 of 30 January 1998 they were assigned to the SECRETARIAT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT of PRESIDENCE OF THE NATION Objectives and actions linked to the execution of hydraulic and sanitation public works, previously in jurisdiction of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

That, by virtue of the transfer of competences operated, it is appropriate for greater speed and efficiency in the exercise of essential functions of the State, to make the delegations provided for in Act No. 13.064.

That the Madam Secretary of Natural Resources and Sustainable Development has issued acts concerning the content of these standards, attentive to the need to preserve the continuity of the transferred functions.

That the present act is determined by virtue of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution, article 2 of Act No. 13.064 and article 19, paragraph (a) of Act No. 19.549.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 DE Delay yourself at the SECRETARIAT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF PRESIDENCE OF THE NATION the powers and obligations set out in Act No. 13,064, for the hiring and execution of buildings, jobs or services, including the planning and formulation of the respective projects, which review the character of hydraulic and/or sanitation public works and those necessary for the fulfilment of their objectives, as well as for the acquisition of materials, machinery, furniture and elements intended for them. Art. 2° . Amend Resolutions No. 306 of 24 April 1998 and No. 321 of 8 May 1998, which as Annexes I and II are added, dictated by the Lady Secretary of Natural Resources and Sustainable Development linked to the execution of hydraulic public works. Art. 3rd . The entry into force of this Decree will take place on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette. Art. 4° .
