VISTO the Agreement provided by the HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NATION at its meeting of 13 May 1998; the provisions of article 5 of Act No. 20,957 of the Foreign Service of the Nation; and the vacancy in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.

Article 1-Name in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, an official of the category "A" Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, to Mr. Edgardo René PIUZZI (L.E. No. 5.934.955), in accordance with article 5 of Law No. 20.957 of the Foreign Service of the Nation. Art. 2°-The expenditure resulting from the implementation of this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry.
