VISTO is informed by the Chief of Staff of the Army, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

It is necessary to change the fate of a Senior Officer in the Army Force.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER corresponds to the dictation of the measure in question, pursuant to article 99, paragraph 12 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.
