VISTO the visit made to the country by the President of the Republic of BOLIVIA, D. Hugo BANZER and comitiva, between 14 and 17 February 1998, as recommended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Declaration of Official Guests falls within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-The treatment of Official Hosts of the Argentine Government agreed to the President of the Republic of BOLIVIA, D. Hugo BANZER and comitiva, during his stay in the Republic from 14 to 17 February 1998. Art. 2°-Appropriate from the budget for jurisdiction 35-MINISTERY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO-for the year 1998, the expenses derived from this Decree.
