VISTO is proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That in due course the government of the REPUBLIC OF AUSTRIA granted the placet of style to Mr. Juan Carlos KRECKLER, for his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic in that country.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter in accordance with the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 -Move, from 15 June 1998, from the Consulate General of the Republic in Miami-UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-to the Embassy of the Republic in the REPUBLIC OF AUSTRIA to Mr. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary D. Juan Carlos KRECKLER (M.I. No. 575.678). Art. 2° -Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to the REPUBLIC OF AUSTRIA, Mr. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary D. Juan Carlos KRECKLER (M.I. No. 575.678). Art. 3° - Expenditures for compliance with this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
