I look at the functions, powers and composition of the Colegiate Body of the NATION TASATIONS TRIBUNAL under the SUBSECRETARIA ARTWORKS PUBLICS of the SECRETARIAN ARTWORKS PUBLICS of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES, which make their independence, category and balance, and

CONSIDERING:

That the position of a member of the TRIBUNAL OF TASATIONS OF THE NATION under the SUBSECRETARIA DE ARTWORKS PUBLICS OF THE SECRETARIAT OF MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES on the proposal of the former General INGENDER THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DECISION

That therefore the General MAJOR STATE OF THE EJERCITO in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 21.626 and its regulation proposes in its replacement the Military Engineer in Constructions Colonel (R) Don Raúl Oscar TALENTO (L.E. No. 4.974.367)

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that belongs to him.

That this measure is determined in the use of the powers granted by Article 5 of Law No. 21.626.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1—To integrate the TRIBUNAL DE TASATIONS OF THE NATION under the SUBSECRETARIA DE ARTWORKS PUBLICS OF THE SECRETARIAT OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, as a member on the proposal of the DIRECCION DE CONSTRUCTIONS OF THE GENERAL STATE No 3,722 of 12 December 1977 to the Military Engineer in Constructions Colonel (R) Don Raúl Oscar TALENTO (L.E.
