VISTO is informed by the General MAYOR STATE OF THE EXERCISE, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That on the occasion of the completion of 15 September 1997, the period of the Act relating to the charges of Prosecutor and Vocals of the PERMANENT WAR COUNCIL for the SUBALTERN SUBAL PERSONAL OF THE EXERCISE "BUENOS AIRES", it is necessary to name their replacements.

According to articles 52 and 23 of the Code of Military Justice, it is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to dictate the measure in question.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

Article 1—May it be appointed as Prosecutor in the PERMANENT WAR COUNCIL for the SUBALTERN STAFF "BUENOS AIRES", for a period of Law beginning on September 16, 1997 and ends on September 15, 2001, the Lieutenant Colonel of Artillery D. Carlos Alberto PELLEGRINI (MI 7.606.600) of the Directorate of Mobilization, in replacement of Art. Art. 2°—No. 20 of 1994 was appointed as Vocals in the Permanent Warrant Council for the SUBALTERN PERSON of the EJERCITO "BUENOS AIRES", for a period of Law beginning on September 16, 1997 and ending on September 15, 2001, to the Lieutenant Colonel of Engineers D.
