VISTO file No. 22,445-6/93 of the registration of MINISTERY OF CULTURE AND EDUCATION and Decree No. 438 of 7 September 1995 and

CONSIDERING:

That the aforementioned rule designated the Administrator of the MAJOR ARGENTINO COLEGIO "Our Lord of LIGHT" in the City of MADRID, SPAIN KING, and set the level of retribution in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 356 of 27 February 1981.

That for the determination of the above-mentioned level, it was omitted to analyse Decree No. 2262 of 1 November 1993, amending its similar No. 356/81.

That, therefore, it is necessary to adapt the wage supplement corresponding to the current regulations.

That the Ministry of Origin ' s permanent legal service has taken the necessary intervention.

That the present measure is made in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Replace Article 3 of Decree No. 438 of 7 September 1995 with the following text: "ARTICULO 3o:The Administrator shall receive the remuneration equivalent to that of the Embassy Councilor in the City of MADRID "REINO DE ESPAÑA". Art. 2oReplace article 4 of Decree No. 438 of 7 September 1995 with the following text: "ARTICULO 4o: For the purpose of forecasting and insurance, personal contributions shall be made on the basis of the remuneration that includes the supplement to do so equivalent to the position of Embassy Counsellor, when it is held in the Republic".
