VISTO proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, the provisions of article 8 of Act No. 20,957; and

CONSIDERING:

That by virtue of the provisions of the above-mentioned article, officials of the categories "B" and "C" of the Foreign Service of the Nation may be temporarily accredited as Heads of Mission with rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, when reasons of service so advise.

That the Government of the REPUBLIC OF FILIPINAS granted the placet of style to Mr. Juan Luis GARIBALDI, for his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic in that country.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter, in accordance with the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Transfer from the Consulate of the Republic in Houston to the Embassy of the Republic in the REPUBLIC OF FILIPINAS, to the official of the category "C", Minister Plenipotentiary of the second class D. Juan Luis GARIBALDI (L.E. No. 8.400.462). Art. 2oAccede to the staff member mentioned in the previous article, while the mission is entrusted, with the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. Art. 3oThe costs required to comply with this Decree shall be charged to the respective provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
